APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE M. MOUSTACHE :

These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of M. Moustache products to the consumer via the website www.m-moustache.com. The order by the customer implies the acceptance of all the present general conditions of sale, these prevail over all other general conditions of sale unless expressly accepted by the seller.

THE ORDER:

The items posted on the website are available until supplies last. In case of direct debit or cashing targeted on the order of an unavailable item, M. MOUSTACHE is committed to offering a credit voucher or to refund the customer within 30 days. M. MOUSTACHE is committed to informing by email the customer who should have placed an order of an unavailable item.

PRICE AND PAYMENT:

The prices applicable to orders are those presented on the website www.m-moustache.com at the time of ordering. The prices are indicated inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery costs, and governed by French legislation. Prices may be modified at any time by the seller, without notice, and in particular in the event of a change in tax or economic data. Items ordered must be paid for in euros and online. The bank charges incurred by the payment are the responsibility of the customer. The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received. Online payment is made by credit card, or by using a PayPal payment account. The payment methods accepted via our secure Payplug platform are all Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, European and international. This includes Electron (Visa) and Maestro (Mastercard) cards. We also accept all French CB network cards, even if they are not affiliated with Visa and MasterCard. The customer can also proceed to the payment of his order via the secure PayPal platform. These platforms comply with the regulations of the accepted card networks in force.

INVOICE

The invoice will be sent to the customer at the address indicated when ordering. The price shall be the one in force at the date the customer places his order. M. MOUSTACHE shall have no liability for any entry error of customer information at the time of order.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:

The items shall be checked up by the customer upon delivery. Any reservations shall be noted on the delivery note submitted by the carrier or can be sent to contact@m-moustache.com within 48 hours. This email address is protected against spam robots, you have to activate Javascript to view it. Complaints relating to visible defects of delivered products will only be considered if submitted by mail within 48 hours of delivery.This mailing shall contain an explanatory letter of the client and the respective products in their original packaging. M. Moustache agrees to take back, to change or to reimburse the faulty items, without however being obliged to pay damages. Shipping costs shall be payed by the customer.

COMPLIANCE AND DEFECTS:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

For online purchased items, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal of his order within 15 working days of product delivery. The postmark or the delivery receipt marks the beginning of this time period. The return or the cancellation can refer to the order as a whole or to a part of it. The return costs will be at the expense of M. Moustache for all returns to France and the European Union (except for Switzerland). For all orders placed outside the European Union, returns are at the customer's expense. You can send your package to this address by adding your name, the reason for the return and your order number: M-MOUSTACHE C/O EFILOG LOGISTIQUE 2 RUE DES TAILLANDIERS 72800 LE LUDE France The total or partial reimbursement will occur within 30 working days after the receipt of returned products by M. MOUSTACHE. The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer payable to the customer according to the information indicated in the purchase order. Items returned damaged, incomplete, dirty or without the original packaging are neither taken back, nor changed, nor reimbursed. Beyond the time period of 15 days from the delivery, the items are neither taken back, nor changed, nor reimbursed.
